Privacy information.

For privacy inquiries, use the Sacred Gamer contact form and choose General inquiry; start your message with “Privacy request.” Submissions reach the creator’s existing email inbox without displaying that private address publicly. This site is operated under the Sacred Gamer creator identity. The controller's complete legal identity and location should be confirmed by the operator before treating this as final legal disclosure.

We use the information sent through our website to respond to inquiries, including sponsorship and creator collaboration requests. We do not use these inquiry details to sell marketing lists.

1. Information we collect

If you send a contact inquiry, the form may collect your name, email address, company, type of inquiry, optional budget and timeframe, message and confirmation that you've read the privacy information. Please don't send passwords, payment details, identification documents or sensitive information.

Our hosting and form providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser information, request details and anti-spam signals to operate and protect the service.

2. Why we use it

We use your details to read and respond to a message, assess proposed collaborations, prevent misuse of the form and keep relevant correspondence. The expected legal basis for ordinary inquiry handling, where UK data protection law applies, is legitimate interests in responding to business communications; steps requested before a potential agreement may alternatively be handled on a pre-contractual basis. This basis should be reviewed for the site's actual operations.

Providing required form fields is voluntary, but without them we may not be able to reply. We don't use a form acknowledgement checkbox as permission to send unrelated marketing emails.

3. Who processes messages

Formspree collects and processes contact submissions and provides a dashboard and notification service. Google Gmail receives the messages and is used for replies. Cloudflare hosts Sacred Gamer and may process security and technical logs. Each provider handles information according to its own service terms and privacy policies.

Formspree's free plan currently offers a 30-day submission archive, while email notifications and replies in Gmail can remain longer until they are deleted. Some service processing may take place outside the UK, including in the United States, subject to the providers' applicable safeguards.

4. Videos, social embeds and external links

Video thumbnails and social links can connect your browser to third-party services, including YouTube and its thumbnail servers. When you choose to load an embedded YouTube, TikTok, Twitch or Kick player/profile, that platform may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. You can follow external links instead of loading embedded content.

We do not classify all third-party cookies as strictly necessary. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, Cloudflare may collect aggregated page-view and performance information through its analytics beacon; according to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies or collect visitors' personal data. We do not use this service to send targeted advertising. The owner should verify the actual analytics and embedded-content behaviour in production, and review consent requirements where applicable.

5. How long we keep information

Formspree's free submission archive is normally available for 30 days; that does not automatically delete notification emails in Gmail. We should periodically review and delete inquiry emails once they are no longer necessary to reply, assess an ongoing opportunity, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. The owner must confirm and follow a specific email-retention practice before final publication.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, or object to processing. Some additional rights may apply. Use the contact form with a “Privacy request” message and enough information to identify the relevant conversation.

If you believe your information has been handled incorrectly and UK data protection law applies, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) ↗.

7. Changes to this notice

This notice may change as the website adds new services. Its review date will be updated whenever the processing details change materially. For urgent privacy questions, please use the contact form above.

Before considering this a final legal notice: The site owner must verify the controller's legal identity, the applicable jurisdiction and lawful bases, a workable inbox-retention policy, any cookie/consent behaviour in production, and whether all listed third-party services match what is live. These are operational checks rather than claims that a compliance review has already been completed.
